I offer clients a transformative health experience that is sustainable and effective. One that encourages you to seek a healthy lifestyle and approach weight loss from a health enhancing perspective. By focusing on, identifying, and addressing the root causes that stand in the way of your optimal health, we can concentrate on certain factors such as genetics, lifestyle choices, the environment, and mindset to enable you to find the right path to total wellness.
I understand that busy schedules and daily life make it challenging to find the time to prepare healthy food. At Wellthy Life, my goal is to simplify your life by eliminating the hassle and inconvenience of shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and bland, with healthy versions of your favorite dishes to enjoy. Healthy food has never tasted so good!
About Me
Hi! I’m Camille, and I’m passionate about nutrition and happiness!
I have always been interested in food, and I can’t even remember that first time I was in the kitchen. My whole family loves to cook! Growing up, my mother always taught my sisters and I that you should always love what you eat, but moderation is key. Throughout my time growing up, into college, and now as an adult, I found that you can’t beat quality foods!
I have an undergrad and master’s degree in geography, and along with food, I have always loved to travel and many of my recipes are inspired by these adventures.
During my time working in an office, I found that many people don’t know what a healthy diet is and often cannot control their cravings working in stressful working conditions and long hours. Over the past few years, I have tried to help some of my coworkers develop healthier habits and get to the root of their diet woes to create a holistic lifestyle change that is manageable. I’ve found that restrictive dieting doesn’t work and often they gain the weight back (or more).
After working for years in a stressful office and being unhappy, I decided that I need a change and should focus on what I am passionate about: FOOD AND HEALTH.
I am a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I plan to further my education with a Master in Nutrition soon. I have helped various family members, friends, and colleagues on their health and wellness journeys with enormous success.
I am truly passionate about helping you achieve their life goals to live a more joyous, fulfilled, and healthy life. Everyone wants to live longer to be around the people they love and enjoy all that life has to offer, so there is no point in completely cutting out the foods that make you happy. Instead let’s make healthier versions of your favorite comfort food and every once and a while indulge in your favorite fried chicken or chocolate cake.
