Chicken Wings
YES, THESE ARE BAKED! The secret to the crispiest baked chicken wings? BAKING POWDER.
This dries the skin out and creates that super crunchy exterior we all crave.
Enjoy these wings without the guilt. Pair with some homemade sweet potato or regular fries with celery and carrot sticks.
These wings are a perfect additional to any party, but my favorite is for the Super Bowl!
They will be a hit at any party and you can top or dip any countless sauces, dips, and flavorings!
Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wings
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp aluminum free baking powder
Instructions:
Combine in a large bowl and let sit for at least an hour.
Place on a baking sheet with a wire baking rack (try not to crowd the wings).
Bake at 430°F for one hour, flipping every 20 minutes until golden brown and delicious. Toss in your favorite sauce and enjoy with fries, carrots, and celery!
